Swing Dance Group Classes-Classes will be held
through Dec. 17, 2007 and resume February 4, 2008

Group Swing Classes
Mondays

Intermediate Swing at 7 p.m. every Monday night
Beginning Swing at 8 p.m. every Monday night
Cost is $40 per person for four (4) one-hour classes.
Individual classes may be purchased for $15 a class.

Group classes meet every week for an hour at Salon Pavadita, 2714 1/2 Greenville Ave., Dallas, Texas. MAP IT. Classes may be joined at any time, and are progressive. No partner is needed to join. Come in comfortable clothes and shoes. (Flip-flops and mules can be very difficult to dance in.)

Latin Ballroom Series
Sundays (5-week series)

4-5:30 p.m. Intermediate Ballroom
5:30-6:30 p.m. Introduction to Ballroom
Cost is $75 per person.

March 9 - April 13, 2008 (No class on Easter, March 23)
April 20 - May 18, 2008
June 1- June 29, 2008
July 13 - August 10, 2008

Beginner course covers the basics of Rhumba, Cha Cha, Merengue and Salsa. Each series will include different moves. Intermediate course is designed for students who already know the basics of Rhumba, Salsa, Cha Cha and Merengue. No partner is needed for either, just show up at the studio 15 minutes before the first class of the series to register. (Cash or checks accepted, sorry no credit cards.)

A crash course for those withTwo-Left-Feet Syndrome, the Fox Trot class is for couples with no previous dance experience. You will learn a basic step, a few turns and a dip that will work with the majority of songs you hear. The workshop takes a slow, relaxed pace, and it’s a perfect start for those who want to get their feet wet but aren’t quite ready to commit to a series of classes.

Private Lessons

Private lessons allow you to get the most out of your time spent learning. You (or you and a partner) will work with Elaine Hewlett, a nationally recognized instructor and performer, in a relaxed and private atmosphere.

Price

Private lessons are $85 an hour per couple. If you purchase 4 private lessons, the cost is $75 per hour per couple. If you purchase 6 private lessons, the cost is $70 per hour per couple. Purchase 12 private lessons and the cost is only $64 per hour per couple!
